Happened in a previous trip...

This summer was my first as a tour leader with paying customers. I've organized trips to Kenya before but only for my friends and family. Other times I've done the adventure by myself.
We did a 12 night custom trip with 3 clients. Everything went ok... or should I say Africa ok :) We had some troubles with the car, but that is quite normal in Kenya. We visited Samburu, Lake Nakuru, Hell's Gate, Masai Mara and Nairobi National Park. The trip plan went fine and photographic side(read: the main part) of the trip was a success so the customers were very satisfied. We learned a lot and made some adjustments for next years trips. Nothing major, but little things here and there just to make the journey more fluent.
Adventurers Episode 1
I know BWPA is the NKOTB(New Kid On The Block) and we don't have much customer experiences(yet - this text is going to be deleted next year ;). And it might be a lot to ask for someone to trust us to take on a wildlife safari. But every company has to start somewhere. What we might lack in merits, we cover it with a fresh way to do business. There's no secrets, no hidden payments or small prints. Staff is minimal(basically it's just me and Mike) and doesn't wear suits. We do make money, but we do it for passion.
If you don't take my word for it, here's a link to a topic on a Finnish photography forum that one of my client wrote.

There's a lot of photos and summary for the trip in page 3. Use a Google Translate if you're nor from Finland.
